Description

The town of Binz is the largest and most popular seaside resort on the Baltic Sea island of Rügen in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Binz is known for its picturesque bay and its miles-long sandy beach. The town is located on the east coast of Rügen. The dog beach of Binz is located at beach access points 50 and 51. The nudist beach is also located there. A beach bar and public restrooms are nearby. In season, beach chairs (Strandkörbe) can be rented at Hundestrand Binz. You will find the nearest parking lot next to the elementary school (Strand Nord). From May 1 to September 30, dogs may only stay at the designated dog beaches. The corresponding beach access must be used to get there.
