Yes. You can use PetConnect for free – for pet profiles, community features and much more. Additional services from providers or in the shop are separate.
Yes. Veterinarians, carers and service providers can use PetConnect as part of their work – e.g. to maintain profiles, share data securely or become visible as a provider.
In the app you choose which pet data to share – e.g. profile, documents or medical information. Recipients get a protected link and PIN and can view the share in the web portal.
Yes. PetConnect is built with a focus on privacy and security. Shares are protected, and sensitive areas are additionally secured – e.g. with two-factor authentication in the portal.
Yes. You can create multiple pet profiles – with photos, breed, health data, emergency contacts and more. In your web account you keep all pets clearly organised.
Walk groups let you plan shared walks with other owners: date, meeting point, participants and a QR code to share. Groups you create can also be managed in your web account.
Yes. Under “My account” you manage profile, pets, shares and walk groups in the browser – e.g. password, sessions and your shared data. Many features start in the app.
PetConnect runs on common smartphones and tablets (iOS and Android). The website and customer portal are optimised for all major browsers.
Yes. We update the app regularly and add features. Download once, benefit from updates ongoing.
