Wildemann · Niedersachsen, Germany
The Harz Dog Park in Wildemann offers a fenced-in area where dogs can play off-leash. The facility is well-organized, with seating, water bowls, and poop bags. There is a rest area, but no official parking lot. The nearby lake is just a few minutes’ walk away. The facility is open 24 hours a day, every day. Visitors appreciate the opportunity to let their dogs run freely in the woods, but criticize the lack of cleanliness and the lack of parking.
From 1 April to 15 July, dogs must be leashed in open countryside, including when swimming.
