The Dachsheide in Berlin’s Steglitz-Zehlendorf district is a fenced-in dog park that is open 24 hours a day. It provides a safe environment for dogs, but is often crowded. The natural surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere that is also suitable for other animals.
In Berlin, a leash is generally required across the whole city, including forests. Exceptions are designated dog exercise areas and off-leash zones. Follow the signs on site.
