Dog park
Auf den Auen
Pforzen · Bayern, Germany
Description
The “Auf den Auen” dog park in Pforzen is open 24 hours a day and offers a spacious, fenced-in area for dogs that enjoy running freely. There are shaded areas, which is a plus on hot days. Parking is available nearby. However, dog owners must clean up after their dogs themselves, as poop bags are not provided.
Breeding & nesting season (orientation)
Bavaria has no statewide leash rule that applies only during breeding season. Cities and municipalities often set their own bylaws—check local rules.
This is a simplified overview, not legal advice. For binding rules in 2026 where you live and walk your dog, contact your local authority (e.g. municipal public order office).
